Longparish Parish Plan

Planning for a thriving community   :      The consultation continues

The Parish Plan is our opportunity to influence the future of Longparish – to ensure we conserve what is best and, where possible, change the things that aren't so good. The plan will be based on the opinions of those of us who live in the village. To listen to your views & ideas we are organising a number of informal meetings to explore in more depth the issues that emerged from earlier exhibitions. These will be followed in the New Year by a questionnaire and after that we will work on proposals for an action plan.

Please come along to any of these discussions that are important to you – they are an ideal opportunity for you to have your say. Please let the event co-ordinator know if you are able to come – we will be delighted to see you. Transport can be arranged if you need it.

Welcome for new villagers
Thurs 29 January 2003

There will be a welcome for new villagers at 8pm on Thursday 29 January in the Village Hall.

Please do come if you moved to Longparish in the last couple of years.   The Parish Council will fund drinks and nibbles and it will give you an opportunity to find out more about the village and meet people who lead village clubs and organisations.                                          Jeremy Barber 720459
