Race Report

It was a lovely morning for the May race. It was great to see Matt Jeffrey and Andrew Jones who haven't run since the pandemic started and Claire Henery back after over 8 years.

First home was Jen Fradgley who beat her handicap by over 4 minutes to become our Most Improved Woman. Adam Priestley in 3rd place was our Most Improved Man. Adam has improved in each of his last 3 races which is not easy. Well done both.

There was a battle between Laura Reynolds and Camilla Janmohamed for 5th and 6th places. At the line, Laura was ahead by a fraction of a second.

Thanks very much to Maggie Barber, Andy Smith, Sandra Doney, Ailsa Wiggans, John and Barnaby Fradgely and David Gould for helping and to the Cricket Club for the lovely venue.
