Harewood Green Energy sells the Hotmax wood briquettes produced by the Bedmax plant in Harewood Forest.

The briquettes are an excellent heat source:

Cheaper and cleaner than coal
Hotter and better than wood

They are produced from sustainably-managed trees grown in the South of England and are a by-product of the process used to make Bedmax horse bedding, so are a truly eco-friendly heat source.

The briquettes can be used on open fires, wood or dual-fuel stoves and, in the summer, on barbecues, chimeneas and fire pits.
